1. About this page
This page is the public Data Deletion Request page referred to in the Mynt Privacy Policy. It is operated by Pyvot Consultancy & Analytics Private Limited (“Pyvot”, “Mynt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Unit 303, Arch Square, X2, Block EP & GP, Salt Lake, Sector V, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 700091, India.
It explains what you can ask us to delete, how to make a request, how we verify it, how long deletion takes, and what we may be required to keep. This page supplements the Privacy Policy and does not replace it. Where this page and the Privacy Policy differ, the Privacy Policy controls.
2. What you can ask us to delete
You may ask us to delete any of the following:
- your Mynt account, profile information, and account settings;
- content you submitted or generated through the Service, including prompts, uploaded files, spreadsheets, reports, and saved outputs;
- data obtained through a connected Google Account, including Google Sign-In profile information and any saved material derived from the read-only Gmail integration;
- Google access and refresh tokens held for your connected account; and
- support communications and other personal data associated with your account, subject to Section 6 below.
If you only want to disconnect Google rather than delete your account, you can revoke Mynt's access from your Google Account's third-party access controls, or disconnect Google in Mynt settings where available.
3. Submit a deletion request
Enter the email address associated with the Mynt account or data you want deleted, and tell us what you would like removed. Your request goes to our support team for review.
4. How we verify your request
For security, submitting an email address does not itself trigger automatic deletion. We may verify that you control the submitted email address and may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, your authority to make the request, and its scope. This is intended to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent deletion requests.
If your Mynt account belongs to a business workspace, the organisation that owns the workspace may control the account and its data. In that case we may need to direct your request to the workspace administrator, or act on that organisation's instructions.
5. How long deletion takes
Once a valid request is verified, we will delete or de-identify the applicable account and associated personal data within thirty (30) days.
Deleted information may remain in encrypted or access-restricted backups for up to ninety (90) days before being overwritten or removed through normal backup cycles. Backup data is not restored for ordinary business use after a valid deletion request, except where necessary for disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.
Google access and refresh tokens are invalidated, deleted, or rendered unusable when you disconnect Google, revoke access, the token expires, or the Mynt account is deleted. Gmail data and saved derivatives subject to an account deletion request are deleted within thirty (30) days, with backup copies expiring within ninety (90) days.
6. What we may need to keep
We may retain information that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or other lawful purposes. Invoices, tax records, transaction references, and related financial records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Security logs, abuse-prevention records, support communications, and legal records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and then deleted or de-identified.
We may also retain a limited record of the deletion request and its disposition where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance or prevent abuse.
7. Other ways to make a request
You may also submit a deletion request, or exercise any other privacy right described in the Privacy Policy, by emailing contact@pyvot.in from the address associated with your account. Please describe the request so we can act on it.
Do not use this form to report an urgent security incident. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact contact@pyvot.in promptly.
