1. About Mynt and these Terms
Mynt is an AI-powered productivity platform made available through websites, web applications, mobile applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Pyvot Consultancy & Analytics Private Limited (“Pyvot”, “Mynt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Unit 303, Arch Square, X2, Block EP & GP, Salt Lake, Sector V, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 700091, India.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Service by individuals and by businesses, organisations, institutions, and their authorised users. If you use the Service for or on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to “you” include both you and the organisation.
The Privacy Policy at https://pyvot.in/privacy forms part of these Terms and explains how we process personal data.
2. Acceptance and order of documents
By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. You must not use the Service if you do not agree to them.
Additional terms may apply to particular plans, features, enterprise arrangements, order forms, data-processing addenda, or service-level commitments. If an agreement signed by Mynt conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and permitted to use the Service under applicable law. The Service is not directed to children.
You may not use the Service if applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, court orders, or other legal restrictions prohibit your access.
4. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You must safeguard your passwords, devices, recovery methods, and authentication factors. Notify us promptly at contact@pyvot.in if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise, or misuse.
You may not share an individual account in a way that bypasses plan limits or permits access by unauthorised persons. Business customers are responsible for managing workspace access, roles, and offboarding.
5. Description of the Service
Mynt may provide tools for organising information, analysing uploaded files or spreadsheets, summarising and extracting information, creating reports, managing productivity workflows, and using artificial intelligence to generate or transform content. Features may vary by device, plan, region, account type, and release stage.
We may add, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Product roadmaps, demonstrations, and statements about future functionality are informational and do not create a binding obligation unless expressly included in a written agreement signed by Mynt.
6. Google Sign-In and Gmail integration
The Service may allow you to sign in using Google and may request read-only access to Gmail after you choose to connect that feature. Google Sign-In may provide Mynt with your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. Gmail read access may allow Mynt to retrieve message metadata, message content, threads, labels, and attachments within the scope shown on Google’s consent screen.
Mynt uses Gmail data only to provide user-facing productivity features you request, such as searching or summarising email, extracting tasks or information, and preparing reports or insights. The current Gmail integration is read-only: Mynt does not use this permission to send, modify, move, label, or delete email.
Mynt does not take actions in your connected Google Account without your initiation or express approval. You may decline a permission, disconnect Google within the Service where available, or revoke access through your Google Account settings. Connected features may stop working after access is revoked.
Mynt’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google is not responsible for Mynt and does not sponsor or endorse the Service.
7. AI features and outputs
The Service may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated classification, and rules-based systems to generate summaries, recommendations, analyses, reports, structured data, and other results (“AI Output”) from prompts, emails, uploaded files, spreadsheets, and other information you provide or authorise (“AI Input”).
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and verify AI Output before relying on it, sharing it, publishing it, or using it to make decisions. Mynt is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, notices, and permissions necessary to submit AI Input. Do not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing or that the relevant feature is not designed to process.
Mynt will not use private customer content or Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. We require contracted AI processing providers to process content only to provide the requested Service and not for their own general model training.
8. User content and customer data
“User Content” means prompts, emails, files, spreadsheets, text, images, records, reports, configurations, and other material submitted, connected, generated, transmitted, or stored through the Service. “Customer Data” means User Content controlled by a business or organisation using a Mynt workspace.
You retain your rights in User Content. You grant Mynt and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, process, format, display, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service; comply with law; enforce these Terms; and follow your instructions.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide User Content and that our permitted processing of it will not violate law or third-party rights.
9. Business workspaces and administrators
If your account is created, paid for, or managed by an organisation, the organisation may control the workspace and may manage users, permissions, access, retention, exports, and deletion. Workspace administrators may be able to access Customer Data and account activity to the extent enabled by the Service and the organisation’s policies.
The organisation is responsible for giving its authorised users any notices and obtaining any permissions required for the organisation’s use of the Service. Questions about an organisation’s internal use of Customer Data should first be directed to that organisation.
10. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not, and must not assist others to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual duty, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or other right;
- upload, access, or disclose data without appropriate authority or consent;
- use the Service for phishing, spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, surveillance, or deceptive practices;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- probe, scan, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, access controls, authentication, or usage restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models except where applicable law expressly permits and the right cannot be waived;
- scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except through an authorised plan or written agreement;
- use Google user data for advertising, data brokering, credit decisions, surveillance, or training general-purpose AI or machine-learning models;
- use AI Output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision affecting another person’s rights, health, safety, employment, education, housing, insurance, credit, or access to essential services; or
- misrepresent AI Output as human-generated where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to avoid deception.
11. Intellectual property
Mynt and its licensors own the Service, software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, databases, and related intellectual property, excluding User Content. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business purposes during the applicable subscription or access period.
You may provide feedback or suggestions. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
As between you and Mynt, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain your rights in AI Input and own any rights you may lawfully have in AI Output. AI Output may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
12. Third-party services
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including Google, Amazon Web Services, Razorpay, WhatsApp, email-delivery providers, analytics services, app stores, and contracted AI processing providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, changes to their availability, or their independent processing of information. We may replace a provider or integration where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Service.
13. Free and paid plans
Mynt may offer free features and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be available on a monthly or annual basis. Features, limits, and prices are those displayed at purchase or set out in an applicable order form.
Free access may be limited, changed, or discontinued. We may offer trials, credits, or promotions with additional conditions shown at the time of offer.
14. Billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorise Mynt and its payment processor, Razorpay, to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may send renewal or payment reminders where required or operationally practicable, but you remain responsible for cancelling on time.
You may cancel through the account controls made available in the Service or by contacting us at contact@pyvot.in. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and no credit is provided for partial periods, unused features, or early cancellation.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. If a payment is overdue or fails, we may retry the payment, restrict paid features, downgrade the account, or suspend access after reasonable notice where practicable.
15. Communications
We may send transactional, service, security, billing, and legal communications by email, in-product notice, telephone, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide. Reports may be delivered through email or WhatsApp when you request or configure that delivery.
You may opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe method provided, but you cannot opt out of essential service, security, billing, or legal notices while your account remains active.
16. Privacy and security
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://pyvot.in/privacy. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for configuring your account appropriately, limiting the information you submit, and maintaining secure devices and networks.
17. Service availability and support
We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security events, network failures, legal requirements, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the Service.
Any service-level commitment applies only if included in a separate written agreement signed by Mynt. Support channels and response targets may vary by plan.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation and refunds remain subject to Section 14.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, abuse the Service, or if continued provision becomes unlawful or impracticable. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions on fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and enforcement.
19. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information identified as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use such information only for the relationship, protect it using reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel and service providers who need it and are subject to confidentiality duties.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed without use of the confidential information, or lawfully received from another source. Required legal disclosure is permitted after notice where legally allowed.
20. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, AI OUTPUT, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. MYNT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption or error, preserve all data, or produce accurate or unique AI Output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNT AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS MAY OCCUR.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNT’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO MYNT FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR FREE SERVICES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
The exclusions and limits apply regardless of the legal theory and do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mynt and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Mynt’s breach, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
Before commencing formal proceedings, each party will make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute by written notice and discussion.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Service, security practices, or commercial arrangements. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email where practicable.
Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires express consent.
25. General provisions
These Terms and incorporated agreements are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except as part of a permitted transfer of your entire business. We may assign these Terms in connection with an affiliate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business or assets.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations. Headings are for convenience only.
